Abstract

This article theoretically substantiates that youth civic engagement under globalization is a decisive factor in promoting sustainable development and strengthening democratic institutions. The study aims to conceptually examine the role of civil society institutions in enhancing youth participation, compare major theoretical approaches, and identify mechanisms of institutional development.
