Abstract

This article examines the role and importance of the human resource management system in enhancing the competitiveness of higher education institutions. The study analyzes the impact of modern human resource management approaches, the development of employees’ professional potential, motivation, and performance evaluation mechanisms on the quality of higher education and the institution’s competitive advantages in market conditions.
