PEDAGOGICAL CONTENT OF THE CONCEPTS OF INCLUSIVE EDUCATION AND INCLUSIVE CULTURE

The article analyzes the pedagogical content of the concepts of inclusive education and inclusive culture, their interrelationship, and the forms of their manifestation in the higher education environment. Based on scientific and pedagogical sources, the study examines the distinction between inclusion and integration, as well as the principles of equality and equity, belonging, cooperation, pedagogical communication, the social model of disability, universal design, a rights-based approach, and participation. Inclusive culture is interpreted as a system that integrates institutional and individual levels and is formed through the unity of values, norms of interaction, and everyday pedagogical decisions. As a result of the analysis, a working definition of inclusive culture and the main pedagogical directions contributing to its development have been systematized.
