Abstract

The article highlights the theoretical and practical foundations of the concept of electoral culture, its place in the political life of society, as well as its significance in the process of democratic reforms. It analyzes the role of citizens’ level of political knowledge, their political activity, and legal consciousness in the formation of electoral culture. In addition, from a scientific perspective, the article substantiates the role of youth participation, civil society institutions, and political parties in the development of electoral culture.
