THE IMPORTANCE OF ECONOMIC ANALYSIS IN IMPROVING MANAGEMENT PERFORMANCE IN COMMERCIAL BANKS IN THE DIGITAL ECONOMY

Abstract

This article considers the issue of improving the management of commercial banks in the digital economy. At a time when digital technologies and electronic services are playing a decisive role in the economy, commercial banks are also forced to adapt their management processes to new conditions. The article discusses the methods of economic analysis and their application in the management of commercial banks, and also provides analysis and proposals based on statistical data from the activities of commercial banks in Uzbekistan. It is shown that economic analysis is an important tool for improving the financial stability of banks, assessing the effectiveness of digital services, and substantiating management decisions.
