This article examines the concept of systematization of legislation and its main forms—incorporation, consolidation, and codification—from a theoretical and scientific perspective. It analyzes the impact of these forms on the quality of normative legal acts, particularly in terms of legal clarity, consistency, coherence, and effectiveness of application. The paper also highlights current challenges in the systematization of legislation and proposes possible ways to address them in modern legal practice.
