This article provides a comprehensive historiographical analysis of the political, economic, and cultural relations between Khwarazm and the Türk Khaganate during the early medieval period (5th–8th centuries). The study classifies the degree of scholarly inquiry into the subject according to chronological stages and national academic traditions, examining through a comparative-analytical method the primary sources (Chinese dynastic annals, Arabic-Persian geographical literature, Runic and Sogdian epigraphy, and numismatics), nineteenth- and twentieth-century Russian and European Oriental studies, the Soviet archaeological school, contemporary Western Turkology, and the Uzbek historiography of the independence period. The article generalizes the principal scholarly debates concerning Khwarazm's political and legal status within the Khaganate system, identifies the existing historiographical lacunae, and substantiates the priority directions for future research.Annotatsiya
Mazkur maqolada ilk o‘rta asrlar (V–VIII asrlar) Xorazm va Turk xoqonligi o‘rtasidagi siyosiy, iqtisodiy va madaniy munosabatlarning tarixshunoslik tahlili kompleks tarzda amalga oshirilgan. Tadqiqotda muammoning o‘rganilish darajasi xronologik bosqichlar va milliy ilmiy an’analar kesimida tasniflanib, birlamchi manbalar (xitoy yilnomalari, arab-fors geografik adabiyoti, runiform va so‘g‘d epigrafikasi, numizmatika), XIX–XX asr rus va Yevropa sharqshunosligi, sovet arxeologiya maktabi, zamonaviy G‘arb turkologiyasi hamda mustaqillik davri o‘zbek tarixshunosligi qiyosiy-tahliliy usulda ko‘rib chiqilgan.
