2025-yil noyabr oyida O‘zbekiston Prezidenti "Enterprise Uzbekistan" xalqaro raqamli texnologiyalar markazini Angliya va Uels umumiy huquqi normalari va tamoyillari asosida faoliyat yurituvchi alohida yurisdiksiya sifatida rasman ta’sis etish to‘g‘risida PF-233-sonli Prezident farmonini imzoladi. Ushbu maqolada ushbu rivojlanish Angliya shartnoma huquqi nuqtai nazaridan ko‘rib chiqiladi. Unda ingliz shartnoma huquqini fuqarolik huquqi davlatiga o‘tkazish aslida doktrinal nuqtai nazardan nimani anglatishi ko‘rib chiqiladi, shartnoma erkinligi, aniqlik va halollikka urg‘u beruvchi ingliz umumiy huquq an’anasi va O‘zbekiston Fuqarolik kodeksining kodekslashtirilgan majburiyatlar tizimi o‘rtasida yuzaga keladigan ziddiyatlar tahlil qilinadi, shuningdek, Ko‘rfazdagi shunga o‘xshash maxsus iqtisodiy zonalar, xususan, Dubay xalqaro moliya markazi (DIFC) va Abu-Dabi global bozori (ADGM) o‘rtasidagi qiyosiy tajriba o‘rganiladi.
