In the article, various factors play an important role in the socialization and formation of preschool children as individuals in the modern information space. In particular, cartoons are considered not only as a means of entertainment for children, but also as a psychological and pedagogical resource influencing the formation of their moral imagination, social behavior, and a system of values. Studies have shown that at this age, the child perceives the surrounding reality more through images, characters, and emotional experiences. For this reason, it is highlighted that the plots and characters of cartoons can be an effective means of developing the moral qualities of children, such as empathy, compassion, and helpfulness
