THE ROLE OF PERSON-CENTERED EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES IN DEVELOPING PRACTICAL COMPETENCE IN TRAINING SPORTS ACTIVITY SPECIALISTS

This article analyzes the role and significance of person-centered educational technologies in the training of sports activity specialists. The study conceptually substantiates the personal, social, general professional, specialized, and introspection components that contribute to the development of future specialists’ practical competence. In addition, a model for developing practical competence based on a person-centered educational approach has been proposed, along with improved algorithms for applying innovative technologies that integrate traditional and electronic learning. The article also presents scientific ideas, approaches, and practical recommendations for determining the criteria and indicators for assessing the level of practical competence from a scientific and pedagogical perspective.
