THE ROLE OF INTELLECTUALS IN SHAPING THE COMMON IDEOLOGY OF THE TURKISH PEOPLES: HISTORICAL AND CONTEMPORARY CONTEXT IN THE EURO-ASIAN REGION

Abstract

This article scientifically analyzes the role and significance of intellectuals in the process of shaping a common Turkic ideology based on the history and culture of Turkic states in the Eurasian region. Drawing on historical experience, the article demonstrates the ideological pursuits of Turkic intellectuals during various periods and their potential role in the development of a common Turkic ideology today. The research encompasses the participation of intellectuals active in the fields of Turkic languages, literature, art, science, and education in common Turkic integration processes. It highlights the leading role of intellectuals in fostering cultural-spiritual, economic, and political cooperation among Turkic peoples in modern conditions.
