Abstract

The article analyzes the transformation of the role of higher education teachers under the influence of educational digitalization. It discusses key changes in the professional functions of educators — from traditional knowledge transmitters to facilitators, navigators, and moderators of the digital learning environment. Special attention is given to the formation of digital competencies, the challenges of adaptation, and the prospects for professional development in the context of a new educational ecosystem.
